# 0CodeTools FAQ

Q: Can I remove associations to emails, notes, meetings, calls? 

A: No, right now Remove Associations workflow action doesn’t support removing associations with emails, notes, meetings, calls or other timeline activities. It works only with associations between standard objects, ex. Contacts to Companies, Tickets to Contacts etc.

 

Q: What is the credit system, and how are actions counted?

A: Each time you use an action in a workflow, it consumes one credit. For example, if you create a workflow that includes two actions, like “Create Note” and “Find and Associate,” and then enroll 10 contacts into that workflow, it will consume 20 credits (10 contacts x 2 actions). This applies to every time a workflow is triggered, so if multiple records are enrolled, each will count towards your total action credits. Our pricing tiers are based on the number of actions (credits) used per month, with plans ranging from 100 actions per month (free) to 70,000 actions per month. If you require more than 70,000 credits in a month, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
