AIssistify AI Assistant Setup Guide for HubSpot Chatflows

Step 1: Register and Connect

1. Visit ai.resonatehq.com and create an account.
2. Navigate to the 'Integrations' section.
3. Click on 'Connect HubSpot' and follow the prompts to link your HubSpot portal.
   
   

Step 2: Create Your AI Assistant

1. Once connected, go to AI Assistants.
2. Click on 'Create Assistant'.
3. Customize the instructions for your Assistant. Don't worry if you're not sure what to do; we have a template to help you get started

Here's an example of instructions: 

"Your role is to act as an AI assistant on a website resonatehq.com, providing answers to visitors' questions based on a knowledge base extracted from uploaded files. You should focus on delivering accurate and relevant information from these files without mentioning files or document names. Avoid speculating beyond the provided data, and maintain a professional yet friendly tone. If a query falls outside the scope of the knowledge base, politely inform the user and suggest alternative ways to find the information. Maintain a consistent and formal style that reflects the professional nature of a website assistant. Your answers should be short. Never tell that the search didn't return any specific information. Don't mention documents. For any irrelevant question suggest to get back to discussion of our company, its products and services."

Step 3: Upload Your Knowledge Data

1. After creating your Assistant, you'll have the option to upload your files.
2. You can upload various formats such as PDFs, DOCs, XLS, etc. This data will enable the AI to use your company's information for responses. You can upload more files at any time in future. 
3. Documents you can upload might be product descriptions, presentations, price lists, knowledge base, user guides, FAQs etc. 
   
   

Step 4: Configure HubSpot Chatflows

1. In your HubSpot account, go to 'Chatflows'.
2. Add a new step: 'Trigger a webhook'.
3. Use this URL for the webhook: 

   https://apix.resonatehq.com/api:QJ3f_1NQ/HS_chat_assistant

4. Ensure to check the 'Wait for webhook feedback' option. This allows the chatbot to use the AI's response in the conversation
