# Getting started with B2B Fresh Data Enrichment App for HubSpot
Welcome to B2B Fresh Data for HubSpot! This guide will walk you through the initial setup and basic usage of our data enrichment app.
#### Step 1: Register for an Account
1. Visit tools.resonatehq.com/dataapp
2. Complete the registration process to create your account
#### Step 2: Connect Your HubSpot Portal
1. After registration, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot portal
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the app's access to your HubSpot account
#### Step 3: Add Workflow Actions
Once connected, you'll have access to new workflow actions in your HubSpot account:
1. Enrich Contact Profile
2. Verify Contact Email
### Contact Profile Enrichment
#### Input
The action takes one of the following as input:
- Contact email, first name, last name, company name
#### Process
Based on the provided input, the action searches for and enriches the contact's profile using various data sources and AI-powered analysis.
#### Outputs
The enriched data is made available in two ways:
1. **Action Outputs**: These can be used directly in the workflow for further actions or conditions.
2. **Custom Properties**: The data is stored in custom properties in the contact's HubSpot profile.
Additionally, if a profile is found and enriched, a summary of the enriched data is added as a timeline event in the contact's activity feed.
#### Available Data
Here's a list of the data points that can be enriched and their corresponding output labels and custom properties:

| Employment | B2B Data - Employment History (AI) | b2b\_employment\_history |
Note: Some action outputs (like First Name, Last Name, and Company Domain) don't have corresponding custom properties as they likely already exist in standard HubSpot fields.
#### Timeline Event
The timeline event provides a summary of the enriched data, making it easy to quickly view the most recent information about a contact. This includes details such as:
- Full name
- Current position and company
- A brief about section
- Employment history
- Skills
- Contact information (like phone number)
