The tool is designed to help you address customer concerns and objections by generating personalized responses based on the specific product or service information.

Getting Started

To access Handle Objections, sign up for a subscription plan*. After completing the registration process, log in using your credentials.

Follow these steps to use the Handle Objections tool effectively:

  1. Select the desired AI model (Basic GPT-3.5 or Premium GPT-4) from the dropdown menu.


    Suitable for basic tasks and quicker results, GPT-3.5 consumes fewer tokens and offers faster processing. 

    For more advanced tasks and higher-quality output, select GPT-4 which provides the best results but requires 5x the tokens and has a slower processing speed.

  2. In the input field, write a common customer objection you wish to address.objection-ex
  3. Enter the name of your product or service.
  4. Provide a detailed description of your product or service, including features, benefits, and key differentiators. The more information you provide, the more accurate and tailored your objection-handling strategies will be.
  5. Click "Generate" to create customized strategies for addressing the customer objection based on your product or service information.objection-ex-two

  6. Review the generated strategy. Once satisfied with the result, click "Copy to Clipboard" or "Save to a Document" to store your rewritten content. objection-result

If unsatisfied, you can "Regenerate" until you get the best results.

  2. Understand your audience's concerns and preferences.
