These assistants can replicate the functionality of ChatGPT’s CustomGPT by leveraging AI Studio’s “Send to AI” workflow actions and integration capabilities. ### **What Are Custom Assistants?** Custom Assistants are personalized AI configurations you can create in AI Studio. They process CRM data, analyze uploaded documents, and provide actionable insights. Using the **OpenAI Assistant API**, these assistants are designed to function similarly to CustomGPTs, allowing you to integrate tailored AI workflows directly within HubSpot. ### **Can I Use a Pre-trained ChatGPT Custom Bot with AI Studio?** Currently, AI Studio does not allow direct integration with pre-trained ChatGPT CustomGPTs, as OpenAI does not provide an API for this functionality. However, you can recreate a similar experience by building your own Custom Assistant in AI Studio. Our Custom Assistants use same OpenAI technology (Assistants API) that powers CustomGPTs in ChatGPT.  ### **How to Create a Custom Assistant in AI Studio** Follow these steps to build a Custom Assistant: **1. Access the Assistant Management Panel** •Open the [AI Studio Assistant List](https://ai.resonatehq.com/assistantlist). **2. Create a New Assistant** •Click on **“Create New Assistant”** to start. •You will see two primary fields: •**Instructions Field**: Similar to the instructions field in CustomGPT, this is where you define the behavior of your assistant. Copy/paste the instructions you used in CustomGPT. •**Knowledge Base/Files**: Upload relevant documents or files to provide the assistant with the knowledge it needs to perform its tasks. This is similar to the “Knowledge” section in ChatGPT. **3. Save and Integrate** •After editing and saving the assistant, navigate to HubSpot workflows. •Use the **“Send to AI”** workflow action. •From the **AI Model** dropdown, select **Custom Assistant**. •In the **Assistant** field, choose the Custom Assistant you just created. ![AI Studio Custom Assistant](https://www.resonatehq.com/hubfs/AIssistify/Clipboard%20Nov%2022%2c%202024%20at%205.18%20PM.png) **4. Include Properties and Attachments (Optional)** You can include CRM properties or file attachments in prompts to customize the assistant’s output further. Before setting up workflow action you can test your custom Assistant in Playground. Open [AI Studio Playground,](https://ai.resonatehq.com/playground_v2) choose AI Model: AI Assistant and you'll see a dropdown with the list of Custom Assistants you've set. Now you can test your prompts.
