With our Company Insights feature, you can automatically fill in missing fields—like Name and Description—directly from a company’s website. Follow these steps to set everything up:
1. Register at ai.resonatehq.com and Connect Your HubSpot Portal
- Create an account at ai.resonatehq.com.
- During signup (or from your account dashboard), authorize HubSpot to grant AI Studio access.
- This adds Company Insights, Send to AI and some other actions to your HubSpot Workflow engine
2. Set Up a HubSpot Workflow
Once your account is connected, configure a HubSpot workflow that uses the Company Insights action to automatically enrich your Company records.

Create a New Workflow in HubSpot
- In your HubSpot portal, go to Automation → Workflows → Create workflow.
- Select “Company-based” workflow.

Define Enrollment Triggers
- For example:
- Website URL is known
- Company Name is unknown (optional, to make sure you only fill in missing names)
- This tells HubSpot when to enroll a new or existing Company record into the workflow
- For example:
- Add the “Company Insights” Action.
Add company property - Website URL to the Company Website URL field
4. Add Edit Record actions to Map Company Insights Action Outputs
- After the Company Insights action, add an “Edit Record” action.
- Map the Company Name output to your HubSpot Company name property.
- Add another “Edit Record” action to map the Company Description output to your HubSpot Description property
