# Marketing Email Body

## In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to get started, explore the features, and provide helpful tips

### Overview

The tool is designed to create high-impact, engaging body content for your email marketing campaigns.

It takes into account your subject line, specific email details, and your chosen tone of voice to create an email body that aligns with your brand and resonates with your audience.

### Getting Started

To access the tool, sign up for a subscription plan\*. After completing the registration process, log in using your credentials.

Follow these steps to use the tool effectively:

1. **Select** the desired **AI model** (Basic GPT-3.5 or Premium GPT-4) from the dropdown menu.

   Suitable for basic tasks and quicker results, **GPT-3.5** consumes fewer tokens and offers faster processing. 
   
   For more advanced tasks and higher-quality output, select **GPT-4** which provides the best results but requires 5x the tokens and has a slower processing speed.
2. **Enter your subject line**: this should be the catchy and intriguing subject line you've chosen for your email.
3. **Provide email details**: include any relevant information you want to be covered in the email. This could be details about a product, service, event, or offer. The more information you provide, the more accurately the tool can generate your content.
4. **Select your tone of voice**: choose the tone you want for your email. It could be professional, friendly, witty, formal, informal, humorous, etc., depending on your brand voice and the purpose of the email.

   Once satisfied with the result, click "**Copy to Clipboard**" or "**Save to a Document**" to store your generated content.

### **Tips for Effective Use**

- **Make sure your subject line and email details align**. Consistency between the subject and body of the email is crucial for maintaining reader interest.
- **Experiment with different tones of voice** to see which resonates best with your audience. Remember, the tone should also match the nature of the email.
